Designed specifically for campervan converters, this kit includes everything you need to insulate and carpet your campervan.
We believe that the quality of materials in the insulation and lining stage matter more than at any other point of the build, because once they are in – they are in! That’s why we haven’t cut any corners on materials and all of these products have been tried and tested by us in our own vans. With top quality insulation and sound deadening from DODO Mat and premium 4-way stretch fabric you can give your camper that professional finish feel too.

Apply sound deadening hex sheets from Dodo Mat specifically to areas that pick up the most vibrations, such as wheel arches, to reduce the overall vibrations throughout your vehicle as you travel. With a self adhesive backing, all you need to do is simply peel back the film and apply to the desired area. Sheets can be cut to cover smaller zones or more intricate areas.

Dodo Mat’s Thermo Liner V3 is a dual purpose product, with a closed-cell foam insulation layer for maintaining your desired temperature and a foil backing to prevent tares and form a vapour barrier. Thermo Liner comes on a roll with a self adhesive backing for easy application. Apply Thermo Liner directly to your vehicle panels.

Supa Soft insulation is a 50mm thick open cell insulation with excellent thermal conductivity properties making it really effective for maintaining your desired temperature inside your campervan. Supa Soft is made from recycled PET plastic bottles making it great for the environment. It’s also soft to the touch and doesn’t contain any irritants. Supa Soft can be stuck to surfaces using our high temperature spray adhesive (there’s enough included in the kit) and it is really useful for filling those hard to reach areas such as inside the vehicle pillars.

Apply 4-way stretch carpet as the top layer to finish off your van lining to a professional standard. Soft-side up, spray the high temperature adhesive to the rough side of the carpet lining and leave it for approx. 30 seconds for the adhesive to prime.
