We understand that sometimes plans change and in some cases you may need to return items, that’s why we offer a 28 day return period from delivery.
Please note that in order to accept the goods and honour a refund they must be unopened, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Some of our items are sent without product specific packaging but we would ask that you retain as much of the packaging as possible to keep it from damage in transit. Any items that do come in product specific packaging MUST remain completely unopened to get a refund.
Unless the item is damaged or faulty (read more on this below), it is your responsibility to get the items back to us. You can either visit us in store or send them via courier. If sending the goods back to us we recommend using a tracked courier service and packaging the goods well as we will not be able to refund any items that arrive to us broken or damaged.
If sending items back please follow the guidelines above and include a printed copy of your order confirmation – if you do not have this please get in touch with us to send you one. Please highlight the items you are returning on the order confirmation.

We will not accept returns on any items that fall outside of the 28 day period unless at our discretion. If you need to return a product but won’t be able to get it back to us within 28 days please let us know before the returns period is up and we may be able to extend the period for you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please check your goods for damage on arrival and report any damages to us within 14 days.
When ordering high value items you must check for damage on arrival, do not accept goods if they are visibly damaged when being delivered. We are unable to claim for damages from couriers when items are signed for as you are accepting them as good condition. In line with this we will not be liable to cover the item as
If an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please send pictures of how the item arrived in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of the fault. One of our team will be in touch with you to confirm a collection address and date that suits you to have the goods collected, which we will do via an external courier.
With regards to damaged items, in some cases replacement parts may be sent out, to rectify damaged items, where agreed. It is the responsibility of the customer to declare the full extent of damage before any items are sent out. Unless at our discretion, we will not be liable to replace further parts or authorise refunds once replacement parts have been sent out.
