A family run business, Autocraft Motor Caravans convert and sell high quality campervan conversions, and supply conversion parts to both the trade and public.

Autocraft Motor Caravans has over 35 years of experience in supplying a fast, on-demand reliable, supply of specialised parts to the motor caravan industry and the do it yourself enthusiast.

Founded in 1984 to supply the motor repair industry with parts, a panel van conversion service was soon created, leading to the specialisation in converting customers’ vehicles and adding any optional aftermarket equipment.

Equipment and supplies were not in ready supply and often difficult to source so the decision to offer a mail order service from stock started Autocraft Motor Caravans on the road to the current business.

Based in Derbyshire, our site has been expanded on as we have grown. Visitors are now greeted to a modern, purpose-built showroom, with our on-site workshop and specially built warehouse housing our ever-increasing range of specialist products completing the development.

Back in 2017, the business was bought by brothers Ashley and Jonathan Birks who have extensive knowledge of campervan products through traveling through Europe on the speedway circuit. Both brothers work hands-on in the business day-to-day dealing with customers and developing the future direction of Autocraft Motor Caravans.
