This fresh water tank kit for the Ford Transit Custom has everything you need to provide a hygienic and convenient solution to provide fresh water for your vehicle. Included in the package is a 40 litre fresh water tank kit with black or white locking filler cap, universal tank strap fitting kit and Shurflo water pump with filter.
We fit this 40 litre tank to all our Ford Transit Custom conversions, as there is an ideal space underneath the van just behind the drivers door next to the sill. Suitable for all versions of the Transit Custom from 2012-22 including the Trend through to the MSRT, automatic, manual, short and long wheel base models.
The universal tank strap kit has all the parts required to mount the tank underneath your vehicle and needs to be cut to suit your installation. Please note that fixing points for the strap kit may differ slightly on each model of Transit.
The 20psi Shurflo pump is well known within the industry and will comfortably power taps and shower outlets with ease. We’ve also included the filter, 2m of blue ½” water hose and 2 jubilee clips so you can get the pump attached to the water tank ready for the rest of your install in this comprehensive package.
The full kit consists of the following:
- 1 x 40 litre water tank L: 840mm W: 370 mm D: 150 mm
- 1 x Black or White locking inlet with 2 keys (Please choose colour when ordering)
- 1 x 40mm inlet
- 1 x 1/2″ angled water fitting
- 1 x 1/2″ straight water fitting
- 1 x 3/4 drain tap
- 1 x Metre 40mm filler pipe
- 1 x Metre 3/8″ breather pipe
- 1 x Universal tank strap kit
- 1 x Shurflo 20psi pump
- 1 x 2m Blue flexi 1/2″ flexi hose
- 2 x 8-16mm Jubilee clips
- 1 x Shurflo filter
We can also supply longer lengths of the 40mm convoluted filler pipe if needed. Please use the drop down menu to select which length you require. We advise you order the same amount of 40mm pipe and breather pipe as this would usually run parallel to the locking filler cap.
