Delivery Information
Each order at Autocraft Motor Caravans is hand-picked and then packed ready to send out to you. We take great care in protecting the products we send out, and you may find that we have opened some boxes in order to add more protective packaging measures. It is our preference to reduce unnecessary waste and therefore we do reuse boxes and card for outer layer packaging.
In order to bring you the best possible postage prices we use one courier, to get their best rates. Our current carriage provider is FedEx. Below, you can see the areas that are covered by FedEx for delivery.

When ordering with Autocraft, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also get a tracking link which will take you to our couriers website. Most of our deliveries require a signature to be delivered. If you are not in when the initial delivery is attempted then the courier will make a 2nd attempt the following day. If this delivery is also not able to be made then the driver will take it back to the depot where it can be collected from. If you know you are not going to be available to accept the delivery and authorise via signature, you can update your delivery details to ‘no signature needed’. In this case the courier will leave the parcel at your delivery address even if you are not in. Please note, if you choose to do this then we can not accept liability for any goods that go missing after being left at your delivery address.
Damages
Please inspect your goods for signs of visible external damage when accepting delivery – if there is significant damage, either refuse the goods and we will send a replacement or check the contents to make sure you are happy with the condition of the product before accepting. If you find there are damages to the product that were not visible on initial inspection you must report this to us within 48 hours of taking delivery. When reporting damage please send us pictures of the damage as well as pictures of the packaging to sales@autocraftmc.com, along with your name and order number.
Terms
- We advise that you receive your ordered goods and check their condition before booking any professional fitting/conversion services. Autocraft Motor Caravans will not be held responsible for any fees incurred by a third party to you (the customer) in the case of a late delivery or damaged goods.
- If two deliveries are attempted and cannot be completed, due to no recipient being available to sign for the goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the goods from the courier. You can contact us for assistance, on orders@autocraftmc.com however we will not cover any re-delivery fees.
- If damages are reported after 48 hours of taking delivery we will assume it is reasonable to deduct the damage occurred in storage or fitting post delivery and we will require evidence that the damage was present at the time of delivery.
