In the UK and Europe the Maxxfans are sold as standard with compulsory ventilation meaning there will be a permanent air flow even when you have the roof fan in the closed position.
In panel van conversions this can cause a fair bit of noise whilst travelling and so this rubber seal kit seals off that permanent flow.
Please be aware if you do fit the seal kit to your Maxxfan you are required by gas regulation law to offset this by fitting alternative means of ventilation in your vehicle.
