Description
Use the gas in you campervan or motorhome in confidence with our new 7kg Butane bottle steel gas safe locker kit. We’ve built this gas locker kit to make installing gas in your campervan as safe and straightforward as possible.
Starting with the Gas Locker. Suitable for 7kg Butane gas bottles, it is made from 1.2mm S304 steel, seam welded and powder coated in a textured black finish, our gas locker also features four points of contact inside the door to ensure the locker is airtight.
The gas locker also has the required minimum 50mm lip at the base, an LPG sticker and two twistlock securing latches on the door ensure snug fit against the rubber seal.
This kit uses a bulkhead regulator which is fixed inside the gas locker using the 5mm nuts and bolts provided. One side of the bulkhead regulator is attached to the gas bottle using a butane hose and a 21mm butane adapter. The 8mm copper pipe exits the other side of the bulkhead regulator and out through the gas locker (using the rubber grommet) to the appliance or manifold if using multiple gas devices.
The gas bottle is secured in the locker box using the gas bottle bracket and strap.
